The "Bierhaus" or "Bierpalast" Siechen, designed by the architect Johann Emil Schaudt, opened in 1911 as the second "Siechen Haus" at Potsdamer Platz 3. The building existed till the Second World War and was destroyed in 1943 after an air attack. The Bierhaus was later taken over by the Pschor Brewery and demolished in 1952. The Bierpalast accommodated the "Allgemeine Deutsche Mietversicherungsverein Berlin a. G." and the "Gartenstadt Frohnau e.V." (Date created: 01.01.1910-31.12.1910)
