Troy Brooks from Australia suffers a massive wipeout after he took off on one of the biggest waves of the day during round one of the Billabong Pro Tahiti, 08 May 2006. Brooks placed second in his heat and was relegated to the losers round two by compatriot Mark Occhilupo. The Billabong Pro is the third stop on the Fosters ASP MenÕs World Tour and the ASP WomenÕs World Tour and features the top 45 men and 17 women surfers in the world.
