Orig. bildtext... POOR INVENTOR RECEIVES $1,000,000 FOR AUTOMATIC PHOTO DEVICE. New York City. During the past few months over 280,000 people have stopped in at a Brodway store and had eight tiny photographs of themselves made for 25 cents, the entire operation being performed in eight minutes by a remakable device. The machine has now been sold for $1,000,000 by its inventor, Anatol Josepho, a young Russian photographer who came to this country three years ago a penniless emigrant. The syndicate buying the patent rights is headed by Henry Morgenthau, former United Stats Ambassador to Turkey. Photo shows Josepho and his wife looking over a strip of pictures that have just been made of her by the automatic camera. Anm. CD170 persons: Anatol Josepho sites: NEW YORK ;USA
