Jun. 06, 1966 - Police fire on demonstration building workers in Amsterdam.: Police fired an building workers demonstrating near the Royal Palace in Amsterdam today. Six people were wounded. The workers, angered by the death of a plasterer last night after police clashed with the workers protesting about a cut in the summer holiday bonus.
