BAG01:IRAQ-TRAINING:BAGHDAD,18JAN98 - Iraqi President Saddam Hussein meets with the Iraqi the Baath Command late January 17 where he called on all Iraqi men and women to head for branches of the Arab Baath Socialist Party to enlist in popular training which will take place in all governorates of the country from the first of February.
